Sanyo introduces the new PLC-HP7000L

Sanyo presents the new PLC-HP7000L projector. It is designed for professional use, with full HD resolution and integrated QuaDrive technology for colour optimization, and an image brightness of 7,000 ANSI.

The Sanyo PLC-HP7000L projector guarantees detailed images with its Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The integrated QuaDrive technology enables a widened colour space (up to 20%) by using a fourth panel. The PLC-HP7000L extends the range of professional projectors that incorporate the unique QuaDrive technology to five units. The integrated inorganic panels provide an intensive black level and raise the contrast ratio. They absorb less UV light which heightens the life time of the panels.
The 7000 ANSI lumens image brightness and high contrast ratio of 2,700:1 are generated by a 380 watt lamp, offering a brilliant, clear defined colour reproduction while showing movies and presentations. With this the projector is optimized for professional and impressive events, shows, simulations or digital signage applications. With its compact and robust construction it is the perfect partner for the rental business.
 
The PLC-HP7000L is based on the same cabinet as the PLC-XP200L – with a weight of 11.6 kg it can be transported easily. The centrally positioned lens simplifies installation.  To support the launch of the PLC-HP7000L Sanyo also launched four new lenses: the extreme wide angle lens LNS-W34, the wide angle lens LNS-W33, the tele zoom LNS-T34 and the standard lens LNS-S32.
The PLC-HP7000L is equipped with twin digital inputs, HDMI and DVI-D. With the integrated RoomView software from Crestron the projector can be implemented in an existing pool of equipment and can be controlled and monitored from one central point. Furthermore it can be integrated in a network via RJ45. The picture in picture and the picture by picture function allow simultaneous presentation of multiple content. To interrupt the presentation for a specific period the mechanical shutter can be activated – this prevents residual light on the presentation screen. The Corner-keystone-correction allows image adjustment not only on a horizontal and vertical level, but also diagonally. The automatic air filter cleaning system reduces and simplifies significantly the maintenance frequency of the projector. The integrated edge blending function balances out varying levels of color and brightness around the edges of the image when separate images from several projectors are combined to form one large panoramic image.

The PLC-HP7000L is available from November 2011 on. The price is 12,500.00 euro excluding VAT. Sanyo offers a three years warranty, the lamp warranty is 90 days or max. 300 hours.
